They would have to show to the market, that every now and then they do something right. Otherwise.......

And, instead of just telling the brokers that they will keep an eye on them and on the sale for unmarketable parcels of shares, why don't they do and apply the same logics/rules to the Instos, with their 1 and 2 shares at a time sell/bids.??
