shareholders will benefit with u spin-off

I would imagine that the directors of BTV have watched with interest the way the OA's offer has resulted in downward pressure on the share price at the end of the day. I guess it could be argued that most capital raisings will do that, although one suspects if they had left things as they were, this may not have occurred and the share price would now be around 10c.

However, they wanted the cash in quickly and are now sitting pretty with plenty of cash in the bank and I dare say, no regrets at all.

There were certainly a few disgruntled shareholders when the OA deal was announced.....I think the deal with the new uranium entity will be a day in the sun for shareholders.....can't imagine that it could be any other way.....can't wait.
