Hey - I'll fess up:

I've run a business or two that for some years made "no profit" - but made it thru' a couple of rough patches......

Did I blame my staff for taking them on a "different course" ?

No - each of them got thanked for sticking by me during the tuff times when only I was able to see the eventual outcome.

I usually don't hold back with criticism but at times I also realise that I may not have all pieces to the puzzle .

I'd be surprised to find anyone at FML "taking it easy" and not working hard at their tasks.

Will it all come off ? Jury is still out - but their are some posters on here that may know a lot more than I do who think it will.

Let's just see and hope FML will give us an update on a couple of fronts soon.
