    they might have bought at 16 presto.....can't go broke taking a profit
    but yes....it really is one of the best announcements I have ever seen....pretty much values the company at $300m which means it is now trading at an 80% discount to the implied value of the deal. but keep in mind the top 20 own 80% of the company......
