Just so I get this right Majik:

(not an exhaustive list by any means)
Two Directors have resigned;
The remaining Directors cannot be located;
Emails to the Company Secretary at the Condor address bounce;
No-one answers the phone at the Condor office;
Every company that has done business with Condor is disavowing their relationship;
The CEO has supposedly sent a letter to one of the former business partners notarised by a property attorney in Patong Beach Thailand;
Dr. Paul Crosio has not been heard from for weeks;
All deadlines for deals have passed;
The Company does not have permits for Chile.

And you believe that the funds are still coming?
