Sorry to jump in as a non holder but the company came up while I was doing research and wow talk about a confusing read ! looks like a mess and am I wrong in looking at the board and thinking that their is conflict as Simon Vertullo and Jason Titman were forced upon Nicholas Smedley ? or have I goit that wrong
Also I am looking through this post and there seems to be a lot of conflict, if I look at TSI being aquired at the end of January 2022 is that really going to be hostile, are Monnish (who is on this) staying and committed to the new ownership !
Sorry and I know there is no reason to answer my questions but would like to know what everyone thinks of this stock, is it the rubbish it looks like or am I missing something. Also interested to know why people are still holding, and what is the future.
Also understand if you don;t have the time to educate the uninformed
