I think for all my raving and ranting it's highly unfair to Gary.We all have to take calls when we are in those positions .

And Gary has a lot of Great ideas that's how TSI got created.All we are saying is let us execute it as we are very good at that.

Some work some dont.Then we need to course correct that all I am striving for.
