I distinctly remember when Tabcorp was floated by the Kennet gov Brumby was opposition leader.

Kennet claimed that the Labor opposition to the float and refusal to guarantee its continuation under a Labor gov reduced the price that the public purse received.

So Brumby is at least consistent - I think it's a great move.
