Its my view that TTS and TAH shareholders may have been conned by their own management. They should have been writing off these "assets".

You get a 14 year or 30 year franchise for something, whether its a toll road or a pokie monopoly or whatever, thats what it is. 14 years and the deal is over. This notion of the fee for the franchise being refunded is nonsense. Its like renting an apartment for year and then at the end of the year demanding the rent back.

Or maybe its like demanding the rental bond back.
