I read elsewhere that 3 months ago the banks were OK to debt finance the $85M. Things could have changed since then but I doubt it. I guess these sort of things come down a risk/reward analysis for the banks. Quite frankly, whilst there is always risk, I would have thought that this is relatively easy money for them.

I have my money on them getting the finance and my gut tells me it wont be too hard to do. DYOR etc...
