Directors holding such a big amount of stock does reduce its liquidity and stagnate the SP. But when the good news starts to flow this will work in favour of holders as the SP could rise fast with little available stock on offer. Take over from an Asian manufacturer is always on the cards also. IMO 2011 will be a good year for this overlooked company.
