Posters I am new to SBL and keen to learn some more, before I acquire a stake at what looks like a reasonable entry point.
I see a couple of conflicting signals surrounding the short term sp: 1. Bank of America selling out - always a query when a major shareholder exits. 2. underwriting shortfall of 54m shares - based on recent trading this could be absorbed over a month? 3. CR issue price of 2.5c was originally 3.3c - very unusual to reprice a CR (usually only happens for IPOs, and even then before it hits the press). Was there an issue with getting the CR underwritten? 4. Direcots buying at higher levels - always a great sign.
Appreciate any views on the above.
Hangseng, I saw you have amassed a holding in SBL which provides me some comfort.

It is not the destination we reach that is the most rewarding. It is the journey along the way.
