As a Cougar Energy shareholder I write to express my opposition to a placement, to "sophisticated and professional investors in Australia"

I'm an Australian resident, sophisticated and professional, thanks very much Mr Rob Neill.

Not impressed at all by the CEO or Boards actions and this needs a decent explanation not just a ASX release telling us what our company has done.

Where was our opportunity to invest in our company at a discount to market?
