    So let's imagine you have researched a company and you decide to buy. 10 minutes after you buy it drops bad news and you decide to stop loss. But you cannot because Big Brother has deemed that you must own the shares for 48 hours....

    What a completely crap and stupid idea. Capital would fly from the market..... there would be nothing left.
