The market is run by us and we get emotional.Also there are world events such as terorism, weather patterns,pollitical reforms,business diversity,gender diversity.The Huge BUST from the GFC showed us who was at risk with the cash flow and over leveraged positions. I just wonder how an analyst would pick a "GOOD" stock with such variables that are at play around the world? The managed funds are only made for the people running them.They generate the fees from the principle YOU give them.If you are lucky they could preserve you're principle. Spin, Spin.
The only certainity is that the people love buying things. I have'nt any facts here but in Australia house hold debt is higher than business debt ATM. The new houses in Melbourne reach from fence to fence! This is good for us.They are using up the materials and energy. This could be a hint on what to buy next!
