Who are they beating to make their profit? If it's other high turnover traders whose methods aren't as quick or sophisticated, it's really up to the other traders to lift their game, and no great problem. If it's at the expense of long term holders providing for retirement etc, then there's an issue. I suspect it's primarily the other traders who are losing out.
