i may be wrong, but from experience it is best not too fall in love with this type of company. in a nutshell, too many shares, and not enough cash. indeed, if enouh suckers come into the company, it could be a very good idea to get out. the company desperately needs more cash, so more shares will be issued. often what happens in this type of scenario, is that the company will consolidate its share capital, raise more money and the directors can live well for a few more years
