Yes its quite within the power of shareholders to change the the members of the board.
Whether you want to or not depends upon your perspective.
If you bought in during the recent run, then I can understand the frustration of having a director selling while you're bleeding cash.
If you bought on the strength of the initial strikes over 12 months ago at less than 2c your perspective might be different, and closer inspection of the boards performance might be warranted.
