    ummm could somebody correct me if I'm wrong - 20 odd million shares placed @ 5c with a 1:2 free 10c attaching option ?

    If so does this mean that the $4m Asian Convertible note issue that Ben talked about in his last company announcement is dead ? Or is this the beginning ?
