Shareprice and stock movements

I mentioned before about the shareprice and the but and sell pattern
Given that we are anticipating the EIA very shortly.
And moving forward funds will be needed to progress the project further either buy issuing more shares or Capital injection from Institutional investor.
Either way it will be further dilution for more gain later.
At present fair value is bout. .50 cents based on a shareprice of. 15c earlier this year late last year.

so my question is have any Insiders been increasing their shares before EIA submission.

Now I don't expect a diatribe of response based on some previous post about share dilution.
