the article in todays west is very clear about no Chinese funds for an Australian REE company ,now I know GGG is different it does not produce the heavies that the Chinese will need so badly and it is in Greenland, but it does put some doubt in my mind if china will be allowed put money in,
secondly as shenghe did not put money in to the last raise and are touring the world at the moment seeking heavy REE does that mean that shenghe does not want to put money in to GGG.
finally as the US is out from investing in GGG because of china ,I agree where is the money to build a plant, if it gets that far ,going to come from
