At the expense of being called a downramper, why wouldn't he be holding now?
Could it be the 'no demand' that's been shown today? Could it be the walls of supply that keep flooding the market? Could it be that even though the SP is going to spike a little after kiln feed is announced, it'll probably continue to get shorted until a) last court of appeal has been reached b) SPP finishes c) production commences d) product is acceptable e) Malaysian election is finished?
LYC will get through all these hurdles, but timing is a tricky thing to master
