I liken the management to a football coach .. yes they are important but at the end of the day it's the quality of the players that'll determine success, the coach is an onlooker and virtually powerless on match day.
ZFX could have been run by anyone when the zinc price was up there - but what was the same great management team doing when the zinc price was collapsing ?
An oz of luck is worth a ton of anything else... and could mnake a good manager out of a chimp
