Yeah, A$ also bounced a little as US$ strength ebbed, but you can clearly see on the AUD POG chart that the back of the DT was broken last night:



My entire thesis for recently picking up downbeated Oz Goldies was that while I had no idea when Gold would rebound, I was certain that when it did, it would do so faster than the A$, which I am convinced is heading for 60s handle due to factors within Oz, regardless of US$ strength eventually dissipating.
DCN looks like the best bet for significant re-rating as far as I can see.
