Thanks for the post, these are exactly my concerns as well.
It seems analogues to someone building a social media network for a specific town, while someone behind the scenes (ie facebook) is building something for everyone, making the other redundant.
It appears as though the future is internet in the sky based on satellites, but i honestly don't know how Sky and Space will compete with the likes of Spacex. Maybe in the short term, but the long term seems to be shaping up to be a global internet, available to everyone, everywhere, for probably quite cheap. And maybe that'll be just a couple of big players, depending on how things unfold.
Would love to hear more thoughts on how people think SAS will remain relevant and competitive.
