can we really crack open the champers? im not ready. They are still continuing with the negotiations for ownership. If the mining permit put that beyond all doubts, then why would they bother?

The BFS is now a DFS, is there a difference? I thought a BFS was bankable with the greatest confidence...what is a DFS??
I really hope it opens up high but think the big blow out might still be hindered.... hope Im wrong!!
