It amuses me when people say the markets are "broken", or "full of criminals" or that "the ball game has changed forever". Those statements get thrown around generally at the tail end of market corrections and generally after the eye of the storm has passed. These statements are made by those who have lost money that they could not afford to lose and are forever burnt by the experience.

If you could go back in a time machine you would hear the same statements being made after every other market correction since 1929.

Just an observation.

The share market is not a place for certainty. Its a place of risk and return, fear and greed. Its as simple as that.
