Bluetooth - your thread heading makes perfect sense to me and holders, including me, will be trampling each other at the exit trying to retain capital if the conditions are not met.
Thing is, the core condition is a miserable $12m and holders will stump up the cash, if better alternatives do not emerge, because it seems pretty likely the resource is actually present in economic quantities - with more to come.
