I'm with Freehold and in addition. A few more points. Rationale is simple. Firstly, I believe the company is a lot closer than many suspect. They have been working on finance for many, many months. Secondly, even if they are not the improving macro will assist management get the deal over the line. Every time copper goes up the the economics improve. You will have seen how a small change in copper price can send potential cash flow up. Thirdly, no one seems to want to sell. Fourthly, conjecture but it really looks like it is being played on the market to me. Someone trying to accumulate I suspect. Finally, I've noticed the naysayers have disappeared (this will bring them out :)) and the only people doing pessimistic posts are those who want more stock!
