Ok, I was not aware companies don't publish returns etc... maybe they should..especially new to market products! Is this any different to Getswift and the like not publishing contracts that are not renewed, or trial periods not turning it to full contracts. I suppose if a product is only classed as sold after the 30 day returns period and this was the rule throughout all industry it would make more sense! Maybe that is the case?! Anyone know... I am not intending to be negative nor dumb, I would have thought asking questions on this type of media is reasonable.
