Take out $10.30 share for FMG's remaining assets
which I think is over the top but ill use it

leaves $8 share FDL

FMG has about 2 bill iron ore
FDL a possible 400 mill

about 1/5

$8/5 = $1.60

even halve that again for the non believers

and again just to keep us all honest
