I spoke with Dean at Minmakers.
He said that everyone who was on the registry pre announcement received 100%.
He commented that it took so long because they were held up by all the multi HINs.
Im not sure what the scale back was if you applied for less than 15k.
I think this is a pretty good outcome for everyone.
79% is much better than some of the scale backs recently.
