Complaining about poor service at HR Block is like complaining about COMSEC having poor service. You get what you pay for.
You probably know more about CGTthen the preparer- they are set up to deal with group certificates and some minimal deductions not investment issues.
Go to a good accountan, pay a bit more and get good service with maybe soem advice on how to reduc eteh tax etc.
