shares at 1/50th of a cent to pay Neil wages

I wonder if Neil has finished selling shares at 1/50th of a cent yet to two bit Chinese investors so he can pay his wages for the next 6 - 12 months ? If he put as much effort into winning new business the company would be doing well !!! Wonder when he will be bothered informing shareholders of what is going on as well. Quarterly is due soon so I guess he will be forced to put pen to paper in the next week or so. We know the guy is incompetent but Bourne has even dropped below his own dismal standards this time, and all out of self interest ! E.
