Shares Available for BCC

I've been thinking about this all morning & it is certainly VERY interesting how this has been structured. (Its very positive)

Below is the most recent 3B


Of the 83m total shares on issue (pre-placement) there are only 38.8m available to trade. The other 44m are escrowed for 2 yrs from listing which is c. Feb 2019

The 10m issued to BCC via the cornerstone issue are also escrowed

The 4.2m issued to s, 708's are available to trade.

Of the 97m total shares on issue - only 43m are tradable (38.8m pre-placement & 4.2m placement shares)

Now... this is where it gets interesting

BCC want to buy an additional 5m shares on (or off) market over the next 3 months & there is only a 'pool' of 43m shares to do this from ...

This should create a ridiculously high level of upward buying pressure on the SP as BCC scoop up their 5m shares over the next 3 months.

Will be extremely interesting how this plays out because an already super tight register, just got 5m shares tighter!
