Well here’s the think Doug,
As a retail investor you are not permitted to do a trade less than $500 and in a limited price limit .
Apparently if I or you where allowed those privileges I could damage the market .
And as we all know the “pros” always use those privileges to the benefit of all market participants.
What a joke .
