I hope it goes a little lower.

The in specie distribution of the Stellar Resources is occuring prior to the
placement of shares to BHP Billiton and the other sophisticated European
investors.

Given that BHP B and the European Investors are paying .32 cents per Gravity Diamonds share, the single entity,( not Gravity Capital) that leaves Stellar Resources at .13 cents per share after the split and that is just their cash backing!

With the current combined company of Gravity Capital trading in the mid .30's it represents great value for those who can do the maths.
