The .32 cent issue is for Gravity Diamonds. Gravity Capital is splitting into two entities. A one for one share placement is to be issued to GRN holders for the separate company Stellar Resources.

Stellar Resources will have a cash backing of .133 cents.

BHP B is effectively valuing Gravity Diamonds on its own at .32 cents. As a GRN S/H you will receive equal portion in Stellar Resources, as mentioned with a cash backing of .13 cents.
