    better they do both. share buy back and consolidation.

    lots of SPS holders will be itchy to sell out, same goes with current holders who bought in at sub 3 cents.

    Company cannot do no wrong using current free cash to buy back shares at net equity value or there about.. around the 5 - 6 cents mark.

    any holders want to mention this to management at the upcoming meeting?
