Whilst I initially thought the best outcome would be to offload Dargues, how much is it really worth? It is proving to be a marginal operation at best with 1-2 years left. Hera has what 6-12 months left at best?
they have to get a funding solution for federation sorted in a hurry.
raising 60M at 8 cps will add another 750M shares to the register taking it close enough to 2B shares.
I am struggling to see a good outcome here for holders unfortunately and current trading reflects this.
