Hi Warnie .. Good luck to you mate , but if what you say is correct ( and Im sure it is ) ..the builder is very Silly , agreeing to this deal , on the assumption he had told others of his intent to sell ???

As you know , I have worked this area for many years ..and Berwick is still RED hot , very popular ..plenty of buyers . Within our corridoor , Its the most sort after location .

Any block of land in the area ( if you can get a block ) is 190 k . You obviously know what you are doing , our group would have picked those up and paid more .

But he really has done a poor deal ..Any more to it than what you say in the post ? ..Any I certainly confirm those rental returns , exactly the money Im getting there now .

What can I say ...well done ! ( but stupid builder ) and would be a builder I have delt with .
