Planning an extended trip overseas - let the dust settle and pick up the bargains on my return - should be exciting stuff when I get back. But then I might wait as the window of opportunity may be shortlived with all the money going into resi.
That way I can enjoy myself with the family and pretend all is sweet. Should I use the credit card? LOC ? or use cash?
