and what do you mean cold here.......its always warmer than adelaide.....todays temp melb 13.4....adelaide 8.4 ???

your 5% figures were too conservative........perth grew an average 20% every year, for the past 19 years...remember the graphs...all cities started at 100,000 but perths current 400,000.....melb only grew by 10%...

I am hoping melb/syd turn around and catch up with perth....they must have too much money from resources over there.........or melb/syd are very underpriced......
