While I agree with niclou re the accuracy of the AFR in general and therefore this report on UNI cap raising It is the most info we have at this stage .It would seem to state that only a proportion of the 50 million dollars worth of shares will be offered to current shareholders and the rest goes to other US and Australian investors .Therefore if the report is true and accurate the only way of retaining the same percentage of the company is to buy the balance on market. This does not particularly worry me since although I am a longer term holder even with the massive increase in my UNI shareholding this year now at 85% of my portfolio I am still a small fry. That is not to say that even with my small amount relative to others here it does not have the potential to change my lifestyle .
