We mere shareholders are going to be asked to sell millions of shares to various buddies of the board for 35 cents YES 35 cents.
Please understand these are going to sophisticated investors NOT trash investors like us.
I'm all for encouraging & coaxing investment in a company but 35 cents is a bloody joke & a kick in the groin for us mere shareholders.
I'll certainly be voting against it & I hope others see it for what it is A RIP OFF.
After all we are the ones who have taken all the risk, now it's a goer all the chums & parasites come out, with the board wanting to give it to them for a fraction of the real cost
