it just go to show what a great asset class property is...
...was it not for a threat of bankrupcy and prison thousands of aussie families would've walked out of it ( not against the law in US and they are walking out !)...
but somehow it still remains great investment class and it's not overpriced and is just readying itself for another boom !!!
