shares in smsf vs out of smsf

Hi Guys,
I have currently a 50:50 allocation of shares in/out of SMSF. I'm over 60 and the fund is in pension phase.

Is it in my interests to:

1) Put them all into the SMSF?

a)What are the benefits re capital gain once sold?

b)Do I need to hold them for 1 year to recieve 50% off CG (if applicable depending on a's answer)


2) Or leave as is? What are the benefits?
