With these performance shares making up a considerable amount of managements remuneration packages, they certainly must be confident in acheiving the required milestones for the issuance of these performance shares.
11,000,000 shares to Tony Simpson is interesting as I believe he is the one that is overseeing the work there(COO). And with Pen establishing an office in Gillette and also just recently getting a house over there for Tony Simpson, it to me all bodes well that they are gearing up for something long term indeed.
