DS, with a stock like ORC, an injection of equity will be good for liquidity. At the moment, its relatively untouched due to the inherent volatility because of the lack of available stock.
Issuing stock to "sophisticated investors" doesnt always mean it will get dumped. Sure, you'll get some stock being sold to lock-in profits, but who wouldnt do that??
