I am having a detailed look into WCU equity & debt capital today..

I am having a few conflicting sources of information about WCU equity structure.

(a) ComSec indicates about 92M shares
(b) Aegis from News shown 187.9M shares
(c) Company annual report Oct 2009 reported 187.942M

Can some one plz confirm for me the following information:
(1) Total No of shares on issue: 187.94M
(2) Total No of 25c options (29 Jan 2010): 91.6M
(3) 20 Major shareholders hold: 152M shares, about 81% of equity.
